Date and Venue of the Exhibition
The Exhibition of the Operating Theatre Course on Gynecologic Cancer Surgery will be held between 15-17 September 2011 (from Thursday to Saturday) at the Address: Aesculap Academy, 1115-Budapest, Halmi u. 20-22.
The exhibition will be sited next to the Plenary meeting room, nearby the Congress Registration. Exhibitors and sponsors are free to visit the Congress & Exhibition venue at their convenience before the Congress.

Prices:
Empty space: EUR 250 per sqm (minimum space: 4 sqm)
Full service:   EUR 300 per sqm (minimum space: 4 sqm)

Empty space: 2 chairs, 1 table, an electrical outlet (230V) will only be provided
Full Service includes the following type of stand with a basic set up: OCTANORM System, which uses a cubicle module set-up. This will contain a grid ceiling (approx. 2,5 m / 7 ft), white panels for backwalls and sidewalls, 1 information desk, 1 table, chairs, spot lights, exhibitor's name on the fascia. An electrical outlet (230V) will be provided for each exhibitor. All your extra requirements, different from the basic set up can be fulfilled, but should be paid extra - please inform us about your extra needs.

Company-sponsored Symposium or Workshops in the lunchbreaks (up to max. 45 minutes)
The Company Sponsored Symposium or Workshop will be part of the official Scientific Programme. It is the sponsor's exclusive responsibility to organize the program, to choose the topic, to invite and cover the costs of  the speakers. The scientific content and time of the workshop, however, should be approved by the Scientific Program Committee. The meeting room equipped with all basic technical equipments will be offered in the price below. However, all cost of the speakers and any special equipments should be covered by the company.
Application for the Company-sponsored Symposium programme is deadlined to 15 April 2010.
Price: EUR 1.500.- / 15 minutes  
Companies interested in arranging a Workshop or Company-Sponsored Symposium should first contact the Congress Secretariat to discuss financial and technical details.

Sponsorship of this item includes:
Your company logo and/or advertisement will be projected on the screen throughout the coffee & lunch breaks in the lecture room.

Badge & Lanyards   Euro 1.500.- or badge and lanyard provided in kind
All delegates will have to wear a badge on a lanyard during the Congress.

Exhibitors’ Manual
Exhibitor Passes:
2 exhibitor passes per 9 sqm will be ensured for the staff of every stand, which includes free entrance to the exhibition area, to the Welcome coctail and coffee breaks and a Final Programme. Please note that these passes are not valid for the Social Evening.

Freithing, Storing & Customs Clearence
Please do not forget that it is the full responsibility of exhibitors to arrange the administration and payment for freithing and storing. Electrical Power Consumption
Stand fee includes electricity supply of 2kW per 12 sqm free of charge.
between 2 kW - 5 kW - price: EUR 12.-/day
between 5 kW -10 kW - price: EUR 15.-/day
over 10 kW - price: EUR 25.-/day

Cleaning
If you request extra cleaning at your stand, please make a reservation and send this request to Chemol Travel, Congress Secretariat accordingly. Price: EUR 1 per sqm/day

Presentation Multimedia
Exhibit presentation and other presentations with show character are only permitted at the exhibitor’s stand. Paying respect to trade business at surrounding stands, the noise level must not exceed 60 dB at the boundary of the exhibitor’s own stand.

Damage
It is forbidden to attach, hang or lean anything on the building or to glue or tie anything on or from the ceiling, pillars, walls and other building structures of the congress building. It is not allowed to put nails or drill holes into the walls or to break up or paint the covering walls of the halls. Should any damage occur, the responsible Exhibitor will be invoiced for any reparation charges incurred.

Leaflet Distribution
Leaflets may not be distributed from anywhere else but the exhibition stands. Leaflets distributed from any other point at the entire venue may be removed or destroyed by the Organizers.

Insurance
Although security will be provided in the exhibition hall throughout the exhibition days, the Organizing Committee cannot assume responsibility for injuries or losses from the stands during the period of the congress. The exhibitor should have a valid liability insurance for the duration of its activities within the area of the Congress Building.

Products catering
In running their stand, the exhibitor is required to respect and adhere to the regulations of the Restaurant on site.
